How long do items take to ship?

Most items arrive before or right around a week from the order date.

How do I know what the right dosage is for me?

If you don’t already have doctor’s orders letting you know what your preferred dosage should be, refer to the label on the bottle. For people with chronic health conditions, please DO NOT TAKE without advice from a physician.

How are returns handled?

We do not accept returns. Please make sure that your purchase has the right type of vitamin and it does not go against any conditions you might have or any regimen that you’re on. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Haven’t received an order?

Most orders can be tracked down with your local post office. We can send you a tracking number at your request via email at support@theramineral.com or phone at 1-855-472-2569.

Can I make changes to my order after I have submitted it?

Please do not submit payment without carefully reviewing your order. Crediting or adjusting charges after they’ve been submitted can take several business days to process.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Online: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

Do I need to pay sales tax with my order?

Vitamins are not taxed. Topical creams or anything that doesn’t fall under the vitamins and supplements classification does have a tax.

Do you refrigerate products during shipping?

For products that require refrigeration, we’d rather you pick up in store. We can try to insulate products to keep them at a certain temperature but can never guarantee they’ll remain at certain temperatures through/during shipment.

How does Pick Up in Store work?

Place your order online so that the order is received by the staff. Pick it up within 7 business days and your payment will be taken in store. Fail to pick it up within that time frame and your order will be cancelled.

What do I need to bring to the store in order to pick up my order(s)?

We can look up orders by name. No need for additional information.

How do I open a free account?

To set up a free account, please go to our accounts page and fill in the requested information. The information goes to our staff and the approval process can take up to 3 business days. What's the method to check the availability of an item?

Occasionally, our products are on back order or unavailable for immediate fulfillment. For this case, we carry comparable products approved by the head physician on staff. If you do not have a full access account with us, you won’t be able to see all the products for comparison. Please create an account to have complete access.

What are your shipping methods?

We try to make sure we find the best shipping rate available for each package and use software to ensure low rates. Shipping is done from our store at 25216 Grogan’s Park Dr. Suite A The Woodlands, TX 77380. We are not responsible for items lost in shipping. USPS provides an insurance of up to $100. Claims are filed through their website.
